One question
Circle Arc privacy and personal data storage
Separate confidential execution plans from a data space.
Circle's documentation describes Arc Privacy Sector (APS), a proposed confidential execution environment alongside the public EVM. As checked on September 29, 2026, that page explicitly says the privacy features are on the roadmap and not yet available.
Different questions about privacy
Confidential execution asks who can see a computation's inputs and state. A personal data space asks where a person's documents live and how applications receive access. Those are related concerns, but one does not automatically provide the other.
For example, hiding payment details would not decide where a customer's notes are stored, how long an application retains them, or how access is revoked. Conversely, keeping notes in a private data space would not automatically hide a public-chain payment.
Read ArcSpace for the personal-data role. When evaluating a combined application, identify which information enters each system and which authority controls access. A roadmap for confidential contracts should not be treated as a currently usable private document store.

Does confidential execution automatically provide a personal document space?
No. Computation privacy and document ownership/access are different responsibilities.
