surface 是 AUP 跨设备 primitive，不是 Web Device 的 layout 组件，也不是 Web-only widget。它属于 AUP_PRIMITIVES 中的 18 个名称之一，并出现在每个 target 的 DeviceCaps.primitives map 中（取值为 native、webview、partial 或 unsupported）。

何时使用
在 runtime 已定义该 surface 的 AUP tree 中挂载命名交互 surface。
何时不要使用
不要把 AUP surface 等同于 Web Device surfaces/* layout 挂载（docs-page、pagination 等）。层级不同。
Document sample
不提供。 document 能力为 unsupported。没有共享 degradation chain 会伪造安全替代。Web Device 页面 chrome surface 见 Web Device 文档，而不是本 primitive 页。
