这是 Web Device surface，不是 AUP primitive（surface），不是 AUP widget（wm-surface / 同名 widget），也不是 theme layout component。
包：providers/runtime/web-device/surfaces/docs-page/（manifest.json + render.js）。
用途
文档 board 壳：左侧导航、正文、面包屑、上下篇、可选页内 TOC。
边界
- Surface 包由 board/路由/layout 壳挂载——不是 Markdown 指令。
- 与 widget 同名不合并层；本页只写 surface 合同。
- 不要在本页写多个 surface。
